Prospective Students

Note: Our office does not take part in the admissions process
Prospective freshman must contact the Office of Admissions regarding admissions requirements

Prospective transfer students must contact the Office of Admissions regarding University admissions requirements AND the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Office (Undergraduate Student Services) regarding College/Department admissions requirements

Current TAMU students: must meet the following requirements to change in to PSYC:
1. Maximum 75 total hours **
2. Minimum 2.25 GPR overall and in PSYC courses
3. Completion of PSYC 107 with a minimum grade of C
4. Completion of Math 141/166 or higher with a minimum grade of D
5. Schedule an appointment to change your major

** Effective June 3, 2009 "total hours" will include ALL ATTEMPTED hours, including Q-drops, FYGEs, Ws, Is, and Fs
