Emotion Research Focus Group
Texas A&M University has a number of professors who conduct research on emotional/affective processes. We investigate a variety of topics, including the impact of emotions on drug addiction, pain processing, memory, decision making, and social behaviors, the relationship between motivation and emotion, and the roles of emotions and emotion-regulation in couple and family functioning.
