Adrienne Crowell successfully defended her dissertation in March. Her dissertation was titled “The effects of self-affirmation on basic emotional responses.” Adrienne’s Ph.D. supervisor was Brandon Schmeichel, and her dissertation committee also included Rebecca Schlegel, Mary Meagher, and Michael Stephenson. Adrienne will start a visiting assistant professor position at Hendrix College this fall. Congratulations, Dr. Crowell!
