Inchul Cho successfully defended his dissertation on the 28th of September. His dissertation was titled “Adopting a supervisor’s perspective to increase self-supervisor agreement in work performance ratings: The role of performance dimensions and culture”. His dissertation chair was Stephanie Payne and his dissertation committee included Winfred Arthur, Jr., Chris Berry (now at Indiana University), and Deidra Schleicher (Department of Management). Dr. Cho has accepted a tenure-track position in the Management Department at Black Hill State University. Congratulations, Dr. Cho!
